Midcentury Restoration

This Story begins with this lovely circa 1940s home that was deteriorating.

The new homeowner wanted to restore its beauty, purpose, and comfort. The outside looked good, but the inside told another story. The homeowner felt the 6,000 square foot home was worth saving. They wanted their dream home in this charming neighborhood. In the end, everyone was thrilled with their personalized spaces.

Is This a Kitchen or An Upscale Restaurant?

The answer is both. The homeowner’s request… I don’t want to see a typical kitchen in my open living space. The solution – you have an upscale restaurant styled kitchen with a tailored dining room. As you look around the room, you’ll notice stunning custom finishes and details. Don’t miss the extraordinary updated redwood oak staircase with the glass railings… it’s amazing.
