Major Condo Renovations

This before and after story begins with a homeowner who was at her wits end trying to renovate her condo.

While she was working with an architect, she was missing a key team member, a professional interior designer to pull the project together. The beachy color palette of white and teal was spot-on. The finished project was marvelous.

With the walls out of the way, we created a massive 13′ island with a marble countertop for the low-key kitchen. The homeowner’s vision of a beautiful and sleek kitchen for gathering friends and family is a triumph. High-performance fabric on the chairs is essential for low maintenance. It wouldn’t be complete without a custom designed backsplash along with the custom glass mosaic tiles.

This nook was the ideal location for a must-have bar. Blending in flawlessly with the teal and white color theme.

Master bedroom and Bath

The unique use of pocket barn doors delivers the wow factor when you step into the master bedroom. As your problem solvers and we had to find a solution to the bedroom without enough walls. The custom headboard is actually disguising the unnecessary sliding glass doors. It makes a grand statement along with the inspired artwork. The gorgeous freestanding tube and glass wall surrounding the shower are magnificent. Don’t miss the stunning custom tiled wall for some sparkle in your bathroom.

Wow your guests with this interesting grass cloth wallpaper as they enter their room. The homeowner wanted a fun little barn door for this room too. The perfect ending to a wonderful day with friends.
