Assignment: Update a traditional family home that’s showing its age with a dark color pallet for the move-up buyer. While the floorplan remained intact, they needed furnishings that reflect a current lifestyle.

Result: This home was transformed with a neutral color pallet, family friendly furnishings, custom drapes, and beautiful art pieces. The homeowner was so excited with the new look.

DINING ROOM

Let’s face it, everyone loves gold. Especially when its coordinated with shades of blue and blue-green on the walls and ceiling. The transformation is polished and elegant.

LIVING ROOM

Relax in this unstuffy living room, with the perfect blend of styles to make you feel right at home. This gorgeous overstuffed blue-green velvet sofa and neutral chairs are ideal for casual entertaining. The distinctive art and accessories take part in the unhurried atmosphere that opens right up into the indoor-outdoor living area.

GATHERING AREA

Who doesn’t want to be hanging out on this overstuffed sectional with a chaise? It will be the favorite place in the home with everything at your fingertips. This room is classically simple with eye-catching artwork, both metal pieces and canvas. The custom draperies throughout the home add a fresh attitude.

Their daughters have a fun and lively space for playing dress-up, complete with individual mirrors. Adding to the sparkle are the peach walls, energetic art and space for making memories. The girls where delighted with their peach bathroom to match their whimsical bedroom.

NURSERY

Big scale floral wallpaper was a must-have in this precious baby’s room. Wainscoting on the lower half of the walls was perfect for a traditional look.Naturally you have to have a mirror over the changing table for the baby to see her reflection.
